      How to prepare :

      • smoked herring fillets
      • 1 small red onion, finely diced
      • 1 rib celery, thinly sliced
      • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
      • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
      • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
      • Salt and pepper to taste
      In a medium bowl, combine the chopped smoked herring, onion, apple, celery and dill.
      In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
